As we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our freedom, we remember their courage, resilience, and dedication. Remembrance Day is a time to reflect on the profound impact of their service on our lives and to ensure that their legacy lives on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“While celebrations are wonderful, it is especially important this month that we remember those who engaged in conflict, and the many who lost their lives for the betterment of all of us. November 11th is a day we set aside to honor those true patriots. A moment of silence and a simple poppy are small gestures to show our gratitude. Let us also remember the Veterans who were instrumental in establishing the Canadian Council of the Blind, and take time to reflect on their contributions.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
